I'm feeling a bit better today. I went to sleep at 3am (since that was when I started to feel sleepy), and woke at nearly midday, but I had nearly nine hours uninterrupted, and it was lovely and it's made me feel a bit better.
I'm still going to discuss stuff with the doctor when I see her, and I still kind of wish I had someone I could talk to who would give me some advice.
But anyway. A bit better is better than not better at all, right?
