List post, because why not:
1. Bought myself some fancy, but inexpensive inks as well as a couple of other things (Faber-Castell, I am unimpressed by how non-neon your neon blue pencil is).
2. Also bought myself some supplies for doing sashiko! I've wanted to do this for a while now, and I bought a book about it almost a year ago, but I've never attempted to actually do any (I know you don't need the special thread to get the same effect, but I wanted it to look right, you know?)
3. I found a whole load of dip pen nibs that were mum's. There's got to be a good hundred, I reckon, from having spread them out and taken pictures of them. A lot of them are exactly the same, or the same type, but I'd honestly buy multiples, because I wouldn't trust myself not to ruin them somehow. These nibs are part of the reason I bought the inks mentioned above.
4. I'm on episode ten of the new campaign of Critical Role and...I don't really have anything to say? I'm enjoying it more now I've got into the swing of it (which is exactly what happened in campaign one), and now I've got the hang of everyone (except maybe Yasha, for obvious reasons). I don't like Molly right now, but I didn't like Percy, thus the trend continues. (I think ninety percent of my problem in both cases is the fandom bigging up Taliesin's characters for whatever reason and then me getting to see them and them not living up to the hype).
