I am onto the second volume of A Storm of Swords. In case you think I'm doing little but reading, let me tell you that I'm not (I'd like to, but reading books doesn't make me money). I'm only reading Arya's chapters because she is made of awesome (I'm actually trying to think of a tag for her, and coming up with nothing at the moment).
As I mentioned to
crossesandguns a few days ago, I'm probably going to go back and read Jaime's and Brienne's chapters (because I ship them so hard it's ridiculous. Knowing my luck, GRRM is going to kill one or both of them in The Winds of Winter (which is not out yet, and gives him plenty of time to do that >.< ) right?)

In other news:
~ I am still baking bread, as I have discovered the secret to an amazing loaf is to use yeast which is NOWHERE near its best before date. All my previous problems can be traced back to not knowing that.
~ I baked some (late) hot cross buns, although they came out more like scones. I think next time they need more time to rise. Also they did not have crosses.
~ Tonight, I baked some Belgian Buns (I bet they're actually as Belgian as I am). I love them, and the ones from the supermarket are now rubbish. So I thought I'd make my own. They are currently cooling in the kitchen.
~ I still fail at making decent icing (am I supposed to leave it to set a bit once I've added water to the icing sugar, and then put it on the buns?)
