I am also checking out freeware games in general, so any recs are welcomed. The weirder, the better, to be honest. I like my freaky shit (see the tag - it's there for a reason).
(Weirdly: I did some Dizzy fanart last night, and the first game in the freeware games category on Softpedia is Summer Island Dizzy...In fact, there's quite a lot of Dizzy games, canon or not).
On a related note: I would still love to make a game, you know. Probably some type of weird exploration game, but I'd have trouble coming up with stuff. Unless, I suppose, that turns out to be the ultimate use for all these characters I've been creating without purpose? *shrugs* (Thinking about it, I'd like the transition from Tomas' world to Parviz and Leila's (or vice versa) HMM).
