she ain't no human bean

My god, I am becoming someone's house...er...person. I had to iron some fabric today. And what boggles me about this is, that that's the second time this week I've had the iron out and that today, I actually had to break out the ironing board (really we could do with a new one, but I digress).

And, of course, I've been baking, and cleaning, and doing the bloody washing (seriously, there's only two of us, but the washing seems to breed when I'm not looking. I'd hate to have to do washing and drying for even three of us, god forbid more).

I mean yeah, I know these are skills I have to accrue to get on with my life. And yeah, I knew I couldn't rely on my mum all my life (and hell, I wouldn't! It wouldn't be fair, for one thing). It just feels really, really weird.

I actually did some cleaning today - as in I threw away some gunk and some dead cacti that I'd been putting off. Then I cleaned the windowsill, and then I put two of the heads on there, so now they're not taking up room. Also it was nice because it was sunny today, so it was nice to see the sunlight in the trees, and it made me feel happy c:

(And, of course, it looked great when the sun was setting, and the trees looked almost golden. I always love that).

Most boring post ever, y/y?

(Problem is, I haven't been anywhere interesting or anything. I'm still stuck on the same boss in DA:O (I can't play at nights (because oh boy, disturbing), and the only time I've had to play recently is night times. However, now it is the weekend, so I can play for as long as I like during the day! \o/

Did I mention I am planning to use Dog as my tank for this fight? He's immune to the boss' special attack and therefore...a very good choice!)
