HEY SO I MANAGED TO CONVINCE CALPERNIA NOT TO FIGHT ME! It was awesome! She was reasonable and everything! She even said she'd fuck Corypheus off for me!

Also Dorian is great and hilarious because although he disapproves hardcore of taking the Well of Sorrows for yourself, afterwards he's like, "Well, what does it feel like? Is it awesome knowing everything?" and oh man you fucking nerd. (He also nerds quite a lot about the fact that Tevinter magisterium had crap all to do with wiping out the elves way back when - sort of like, "Oh, so what I got taught is wrong? HOW FASCINATING, TELL ME MORE.")

Morrigan hates me (though she hates me anyway because she's not been softened by romancing the warden and I like that that change in her voice/attitude is noticeable*. She's definitely the sarky Morrigan I know and dislike here). Solas REALLY hates me. He's all, DO YOU EVEN COMPREHEND WHAT YOU HAVE DONE YOU FOOLISH MORTAL. I CANNOT EVEN WITH YOU, HUMAN.

IT WAS THE BEST DECISION.

Also I was blue and glowy for a bit and it looked kind of cool?

Also this game is totally EVERYTHING YOU KNOW IS WRONG. IT'S ALL LIES, YOU'VE ALL BEEN LIED TO, ALL YOUR LIVES. Because the elves are wrong about Arlathan, the Tevinter magisters had nothing to do with with Arlathan's fall, Solas is a lying twat (as is Blackwall), Flemeth isn't who you think she is, and guess who's responsible for the Blight. In fact, if there were a theme for this game (which there probably is), it's that there's lies, and then there's damn lies.

Oh and, because I'm playing a warrior this time around, I accidentally a templar, and instead of that skeeving me (like I sort of thought it might), the fact that Nikolai is a templar and he's in relationship with a mage is amusing the crap out of me. WHICH REMINDS ME: Dorian likes the smell of lyrium - he says it smells like lightning strikes. Which. I think that stuck in my head because it was a nifty detail.

(Also I've never mentioned it, but I absolutely love the fact that Cullen and Dorian become friends because AUGH IT MAKES MY HEART HAPPY. I think this is the basis of people shipping them, too, but I don't see that myself (but I'm not about to shout people down and tell them they're wrong). Now the inquisitor and Cullen? Sure thing. But not Cullen and Dorian. NOPE NOPE NOPE).

*That said, I don't know why my primary world state thought I'd even romanced her because I didn't. Julius just fathered the godbaby was all.

Still after questions and French words, if you have one/some for me.

(I swear I am TOTALLY going to do this).
