(no subject)
First update for Bron's game (and I thought of a tag; not sure how relevant it will be, but I know if I add, "unless you're Fenris", that will probably break the character limit).
So. Bron's point, as I've stated before, is to be a mage who hates mages. This would probably work better if the dialogue options gave mage PCs the same as opportunities as rogues/warriors. In other words, someone says mages are a problem, and you answer, "GODDAMNIT, THEY SHOULD ALL BE LOCKED AWAY!"
I haven't decided what her personality is outside of this, so she yells at Carver a lot (because he's a tool), and she yells at Varric for no reason other than she's probably being really obstinate.
I picked up Fenris at the first available opportunity, and have done his personal quest that then entails. I've also been dragging him around everywhere with me (working on building either friendship or rivalry, whichever happens first, but he's still flip flopping about like a fish). This led to some hilarity when, at the end of his quest, he went, "YOU'RE A MAGE!! I SAW YOU CASTING SPELLS JUST THEN!!!1!"
Sadly, you can not respond with, "And you only just twigged? Not the other half a dozen times I've been standing next to you doing the exact same thing?"
The next step is continue flirting with Fenris, and pick up Anders and royally piss him off. Because I can.
(I also decided that, when I finally get to playing through with Merrick (my obligatory male character), he's going to be all over Anders like a rash, batshit insanity aside. That way I will have romanced everyone I want to. Merrill seems too...fragile? I dunno. I wouldn't like romancing her for the same reason I think romancing Jack in ME2 is wrong - it seems like an abuse of a position of power, compared to the other romances).

Also I finished my wolf. I'll post pics of him here tomorrow, I think.
Not sure who I'm going to make next. At the moment, it's just going to be a generic doll while I test the pattern (I suppose I could turn it into Kaidan ;) ). And maybe make that exercise mat out of my t-shirt yarn so I can actually work on my rubbishy upper body strength.
