I've been making bracelets and stitch markers for the past few days - none of them are ready for sale, because they all need finishing off. But I am having enormous fun (it's like having an excuse to play!)
Anyway, part of the point of saying this was to say that I went to the bead shop to get supplies earlier, and ended up spending WAY more money than I intended to. Um. Whoops? But in my defence, I got some really AWESOME stuff! (Mum looked over it and went, "Yup, you're my daughter". It's a seriously good job I held off the hammer and anvil (stone. Although there were some in the shape of actual anvils). Mind you, that would've cost £30 for those two things, and I wouldn't have been able to afford the others (which really I needed more. Except maybe the bismuth-esque beads and the other funky things. I bet I made the owner's day! ;) )
I also bought a french knitting dolly from there (I was swayed, I suppose, by the display in which it showed knitted wire with beads in it. It did look awesome). I never used to be able to get the hang of it when I was kid. It just never worked for me. Well now I've managed to get it to work, and yaaaaaaaaaaay.
And it's a way to do something with wire and beads without fucking up a crochet hook (unless I buy one super special, like, but I don't think I shall).

OH AND. I dyed my hair green finally! I like it! It came out awesome (and when I stop being lazy, there will actually be pictures, I promise).
The lady in the bead shop said she really liked it (and she must've been fifteen or twenty years older than me), and asked me if I did it myself (and was surprised when I said I did). She said when I was stood near the window, it was really luminous, and looked really nice. And that kind of made my day c:
(It certainly made up for the stupid teenagers who drove past and yelled, "Hurr, you've got green hair!" Yes, I have, AND?)
I wish I could afford to dye my hair stupid colours more often.

Going to go and play with my new toy now, though c:
