more mass effect feels

Today so far:

~ Miranda's loyalty mission. Good. I don't like her much, but I'm not letting my crew down, heh. I prefer her new outfit (because part of Your Reward Is Clothes, and I'm not complaining. OK, I am, 'cause it's still a dodgy catsuit, but it's less dodgy than the default).

~ Got Samara (that was fairly easy, actually! Least shooting so far. I am still shite at running for cover, although at least now, since Horizon, I am making decent use of my tactical cloak). Also found data for Liara and was sad I couldn't help her any further for the time being (don't have enough points for DLC. For all the stuff I want to buy, I need, like, fifty quid, and that's for fun stuff - Microsoft Points, ME3, and Art of ME book).

~ I listened to Raphael Sbarge reading Kaidan's email about Horizon and damn near choked up. Fuck me, that man knows how to act.

~ I totally do not read Jack as being mostly half-naked, presumably because she's got some many tattoos that my brain just sees that as clothing?

~ Fuck you, Harbinger.

~ More loyalty missions and general arsing about in the universe in general later!

(Also I had a perfect idea for an ME2 fanart, then I fell asleep. It goes without saying that I have since forgotten it).

(I have also totally been compiling an ME fanmix in my head. Got two or three songs right now, would help if I actually wrote them down, and what compelled me to pick said tracks. Might work on that tomorrow).

Still unable to tell left from right, but that's not new news, is it?

I also had a weird dream wherein I was in a spaceship, travelling around a planet (ahahaha. Sometimes my brain is so literal it hurts). There was an alien, about the size of a cat, and it was an eldritch abomination, and that was bad enough. Then this huge one, the size of a town (well, it wasn't that big, but it was big? I can't think of a decent analogy) appeared and, obviously, that was worse. There was no way to escape from it, and it was going to kill us and destroy our planet.

And obviously I should stop playing Mass Effect, amirite? Because even though my aliens weren't Reapers, that's clearly what was happening.
