I slur worse when speaking Afrikaans than I do when speaking English. This does not bode well for my ever speaking German well.

EDIT: wonder how it works with Welsh? Haven't really noticed, but...hmm. Maybe I should check it out.

I'm rather in awe of anyone able to speak more than one language. So slurring or not, it still seems like magic to me.

I just love words, I guess. But I know what you mean. I bet you've got some skill that seems that way to me.
