Among other things, I made bread and butter pudding today (which is why I pointed out on twitter that my hands smelt of butter. Because they did and it smelt lovely). It turned out wonderfully, but I now have a headache from either the brandy in it or the cream. Not sure. YAY HEADACHE.
It also didn't burn, which was great. I would've taken a photo when it came out, because it looked all puffy and lovely, but my phone didn't have enough battery left.
Tomorrow I make pastry!

Invented another character the other day. This one lives in a whole new world which is so new that I only know two things about it: there are pine trees in the snow, and a strong likelihood of very hairy trolls.
I drew what I think is quite an awesomefloating head which will serve as a facial reference for him, but I can bet you at LEAST ten quid that I will never be able to get him to look like that again (I have this problem all the time. Check out my original sketches of Kit - they look nothing like the final thing, and the fact that any of them look remotely the same now is some kind of fluke).
(I know you don't care about this stuff, but it helps me to talk about it. I mean, at least you don't actually have to listen to me).
Off to doodle, I think. I was going to play some more Persona 2 (eight hours in and slowly going nowhere!) but I have to be up early-ish tomorrow (donating stuff to charity!), and now I want to see if I can successfully redraw my new character (probably not!)
