# I think I'm going to have to go back to the dentist, because I've been in pain with my teeth for...well, it's a long time, probably longer than I should've left it. I don't want to go, especially if all he's going to do is tell me it's a nerve flare up (which is what it feels like), but I suppose I should in case it's something more serious.

# As I write this, the cat is sunbathing on the blanket I put on the sofa for her back in November. The sun doesn't shine directly in the house in December and January, but I thought she might have liked to lounge about on it, as she seems to like the blanket on my bed (they're both pure wool, so nice and warm). Spoilers: she didn't, for whatever reason. But now it's okay because the sun's on it.

# I am two-thirds? of the way through watching Kingdom Hearts 2. I remember getting this far in-game (the video is at the Pride Land; I got to the Demyx fight in Hollow Bastion, and then ragequit). The whole thing with Organisation XIII doesn't seem to make much sense right now, but I think it will once I get to 358/2 Days. Which is a while away, because I'm watching in release order, and next up is Re:Coded (I think?)

# it is my birthday on Saturday and I will be Extremely Old by internet standards. For the record, I do not feel Extremely Old (which is a good thing?) I don't know what I will do for the day, but apparently my in-laws are taking me out to eat in the evening!

1. I'd definitely go get it checked out, at least you'd know for sure. And if it's a nerve flare up they can give you something to dull the pain, because that can't be easy to live with. :/

I need to go to the dentist too but I'm just so ehh about it!!! Ahhh it stresses me out the longer I put it off.

My cats LOVE blankets in weird spots. Like if I ever put a blanket down for a minute they're on it immediately. My one cat especially likes towels, too, it's weird but cute.

Do you have anything fun planned for your birthday? I truly feel it only matters how old you feel. I used to dread turning 30 thinking I would be so old, but now I'm 30 and I feel like I am finally loving life/myself/etc!!

1. Hahahaha no, he didn't even suggest pain relief (which is fine because short of stabbing me with a syringe full of lignicane (sp?), nothing works. And that would've only been short term, obvs.

I hate the dentist, but I try to think of it like any other check up, that once it's done, that's it for however long.

I do not! I'm either going to do what I did last year, and spend all day playing video games, or I am going to bake. Because how else am I going to get a cake? ;)

It's weird, I never dreaded turning thirty like a lot of people I know did, but I feel weird about forty, probably because I way do not feel like an almost forty year old (but I still don't dread it, it just feels weird).

I get this. I've felt more like myself during my thirties.
