this post really has no content

PSA that doesn't really matter but: since I updated Ubuntu, I no longer have Skype, as there isn't a version for 14.04 yet. Which sucks. Even though I haven't been talking to anyone or remembering to sign in. But in case you were wondering, that's it.

Also: I'm probably not going to add you unless I know who you are, btw.

I've been having a serious bad sad for the past few days, and I read stuff about making comics last night (as a means to cheer me up), and then felt even worse. JOY.

(Also doesn't help that I want to do a thing, and at the moment I feel like I'm swimming in glue. Which is lovely).

*wallows*

On the other hand, I made a badge that looks like a manekineko and I am proud of it :)

Skype still works on 14.04! Or at least, it does on mine... I just use the 10.04 beta .deb file from the Skype website. The 64bit version since I use 64bit Ubuntu, but I'd assume the 32bit would work too if that's what you have? (At least I think it's the 10.04 file. Maybe it was 12.04. The point is the old one still works!)

Also boo, I'm sorry to hear you're feelings crappy right now. :( I've been in moods where things that usually pick me up just make me feel even more grotty and it's the worst and there's no easy answer.

Go watch some Avatar? ;)

I'm always forgetting about skype in general :'/ Although, I don't know what Ubuntu is it's certainly cruddy to not be able to use something you had been using before.
