I watched Prometheus.
Wow, what a boring film! And such awful dialogue! It sounded really clunky, and the actors sounded like they didn't want to be reciting it. (That said, I did like "I'm a geologist! I LIKE ROCKS!" I also liked Noomi Rapace and Michael Fassbender, they were good, but Idris Elba should've damn well stayed away from that American accent, because what the hell was that???)
I just felt like it didn't go anywhere and it didn't do anything. And it totally wasn't the film I thought it was going to be from the trailers, but eh, OK. Oh, and it didn't help that pretty much every damn character was holding the idiot ball throughout the entire thing. Though I guess if they hadn't, we wouldn't have had a film, right?
It's not the worst film I've seen (that's Reign of Fire), but it was nowhere near the best (I honestly don't know what that is any more, but this isn't it).
(And not to say there weren't scary or gross bits, because there were, but I dunno...It felt like it should've been a better film and it just wasn't).
