I got on the internet to buy things, only to end up reading ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
ursulav's post in reaction to that whole "fake geek girl" thing (yes, of course we're only pretending we're into comics and games and shit to trick you. Because we're all evil lying vixens. OF COURSE. *ahem*). And then I read some other stuff, and now I want to nap.
On the other hand, since I could've spent an obscene amount on yarn on my credit card, maybe that's a good thing.
That said, I really need to buy safety eyes, but I'm going to do that later now. The urge to nap is FAR too strong. Plus I need to be awake for when my bro gets here with my nephew :D
ETA from the future: supplies have been bought, from a haberdashery website, so yarn addiction was successfully avoided! \o/ On the other hand, I ended up picking up buttons (which I don't really need), and a set of 4.5mm double pointed knitting needles (which I kind of do). So I guess, all in all, I didn't do too badly.
(Also the shipping was delightfully low - presumably because it was a British company, and I'm on the mainland. I will be using that site again).
