Also craft/crochet blogs are cool and everything, but why does everything have to be so fucking TWEE and CUTESY?
This is not just premenstrual raging (OK, you got me, maybe 30% is). But seriously, most stuff I look at, I'm like "OMG, this again?" Or I feel like I've seen the same thing a million times because it's all so cutesy and twee and homogenised.
Occasionally I see something, and I go, "Ooh, that's neat! I like that!", but it's getting rarer and rarer. Mostly I'm looking at stuff and wondering how I can adapt it for myself so I don't get this feeling, like I want to vomit. I'd like to make stuff that doesn't make me want to vomit.
