If you have at all guessed that I am having issues with getting cat litter delivered again, congratulations, you are correct! You don't win anything, but you do get to feel smug a f.
I ordered litter last weekend. DPD informed me it would be delivered on Tuesday, to which I said no, please bring it Weds instead, as I was out of the house all day Tues, but would be in all day Weds. I got a text saying ok, delivery date has been changed, and that was the last I heard from them.
I did not get a delivery slot text on Weds, and nobody turned up.
Perhaps foolishly, I left it till yesterday to attempt to sort this out. I rang DPD, who don't like answering phones, and the lady I spoke to said I needed to contact the people I ordered from, even though it wasn't their fault! I said okay, and went to use their live chat. Which wasn't working. So I tried calling their customer service.
Which directs you to the live chat because they also don't like answering phones.
At this point, I am very angry, and just want to talk to a human being and have my problem solved.
Eventually, I manage to access the livechat on my phone, and I get to talk to a bot! Still not a human!
I am informed that they will investigate the problem and get back to me. That never happened, so I am still none the fucking wiser about what the hell is going on.
And I am also running very low on cat litter. Luckily, I have to go out tomorrow, so I can (hopefully!) pick up a small bag to tide me over, but I shouldn't have to do this! My delivery should have been here several days ago!
I don't understand why it's been fine for YEARS and then ever since...December? I think? It's fifty fifty on whether I can get it/it turns up at all.

I am almost at the end of FFXIII-2, which is good, because I really want to play P5R now. I thought about just giving up and changing the consoles over, but I am trying to finish games once I've started them, even if it's games I've played before. So. That's what I'm going to do!

And I don't have anything else to say, so I shall finish this entry here.
