[livejournal.com profile] messiah_noire requested that I do an art dump after asking last night, so that's what this is :)

Before I start, though, a couple of questions:

1. Should I do this once I've got enough sketches and whatnot backed up on my tumblr? I'd say I'd do it weekly, but I only update tumblr at the weekend (and on holidays), so there's not enough for weekly. What do you think?

2. I need a new art icon, since emo!Cloud is two and a half years old now (although I'm still fond of him). (And Azmodel on eljay is nearly six years old!) Any suggestions from my art? (I could have a look myself, and probably will).

That aside, on with the art! And comments and crits are welcome, as I am always looking to improve :)

This guy is called Kit. I know next to nothing about him. I didn't even know his name for about a month. The blue picture is me trying out colour schemes because I really need to get a handle on colour.

I also need to get a handle on expressions. I don't like Kit looking sad, though (because one thing I do know is that he's nearly always happy, the weirdo).

Dormina
Obligatory cat picture! She rarely stays still long enough for me to draw her (and when she does, I don't have drawing materials to hand). However, she was rather obliging a couple of weekends since.

The Colossus
Very loosely inspired by the works of Moebius. I kind of want to put some colour on this at some point, just to see what it looks like.

Kit again, with hair like a cloud. I wish I'd drawn his nose better, though.

This is Phoebe. I know nothing about her, either, except that she has a twin brother called Sascha (although I'm wobbly on the spelling of his name).

Not appearing in this picture: child!Rory, because I suck at drawing kids. I am trying to get better though...

...but that doesn't explain this. I think she looks creepy. My mum thinks she looks cute. She, by the way, is Rory, and I realise that unless you've been on my sketchblog recently, you won't have actually seen a picture of her (apologies).
