so don't forget it
I picked up a used copy of Persona 4 Arena. Because I'm trash, and I knew I would eventually anyway.
I'm rubbish at fighting games. I just button bash my way through them and hope for the best. But I love playing them! (I also love racing games, so if you have any recs that aren't Forza for the 360, that would be aces! Are they still making Wipeout? Because if there's a PS3 Wipeout, I'd buy that*).
And, also, I love SMT games like who knows what, so I had to buy this, really. (I'm going to get a copy of Ultimax, too. A second hand copy from CEX is £5, which is pretty good, considering the game's really not that old).
I also got a copy of Dynasty Warriors 5, which is PS2 vintage. I have never played a Dynasty Warriors game before, nor do I know much about them, so I don't know what to expect.
While we're on games, actually, did you know my list of unplayed 360 games is very small? It is! My PS2 list is way larger and if we're looking at unfinished games, well, *cough* let's not do that. On the 360, I literally have:
# P4A
# NieR
# Red Dead Redemption
# Enslaved: Odyssey to the West
# The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim
I know this, because they're all sitting on my desk next to me, while they wait for me to beat the final boss in Lightning Returns (I've tried three times. His fourth phase is causing me many problems (guess who hasn't learnt to use the staggering system properly). I might give it a rest for a bit, though, because OW MY THUMB).
I was going to go on to play Skyrim for a bit (because I want to see if I like it), but P4A is now calling my name because DAMNIT FICTIONAL TEENAGERS. I dunno, maybe I should flip a coin.
~
*I'm plotting on getting a secondhand PS3, possibly, though really a PS4 would be nice since FFXII HD and P5 and Some Other Stuff. Though Wikipedia informs me I might be better off with a PS3 as well anyway *sigh*
