Ah, I see! Yeah, Dorian gets a really raw deal. I mean, just look at how he's introduced in the game and then there's his personal quest... :( I'd advise you to stay away from his entry in the World of Thedas 2 if you haven't read it as well, I'm not sure Dorian's ever been truly happy.
