If no one has grabbed the Bluesky invite yet, I'd like it! I'm on their waiting list but who knows how long that will take.

I once applied for a library job myself, and some of the questions made it clear it wouldn't be a good fit for me, alas. It was working the front circulation desk; I hadn't anticipated that sometimes kids would check out materials and that I might need to stop them from checking out inappropriate stuff. I am very much conflict-adverse so that wouldn't have been something I felt comfortable doing.

But I'm glad you had a good experience with the interview, even if you didn't get the job. Fingers crossed something else comes up that would be a good fit!
