First question from the question meme!

lassarina wanted to know what my favourite meal is.
Which is ridiculously easy to answer because it is sweet and sour pork. I don't think I could eat it for a week and not get sick of it, but I certainly do enjoy eating it. I also like sweet and sour with chicken, prawns, or veggies, but I think pork is the best, to be honest.
My mum taught me how to make a version (which is one she learnt from a cookbook when I was a kid), and that's the one I like the most. (I can sort of post the recipe if anyone's interested? It's not difficult to make). I'm making a chicken version for tea tonight :)
I feel like this answer should be longer but I'm Not Good with food and, honestly, I only have one favourite thing.
